In these uncertain times, I wanted to reach out to you personally regarding what we are doing here at Ecocabs to help our staff, customers, and community. As the situation around Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, I want to assure you that the health of our staff and our customers is of the utmost importance. Ecocabs are carefully following the latest updates and advice from the government and health organisations to carry out continual contingency planning and taking measures to ensure we respond accordingly.
Remaining flexible, ensuring we are responding in a way that safeguards the health and safety, as well as peace of mind of staff and customers, is key.
Recently introduced changes will reassure and protect the well-being of our staff and we will be able to continue delivering a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
We are also pushing our booking app – ecocabs – live in the next 48 hours to enable easier bookings and less handling of cash.
Alongside these measure to ensure we continue to serve you, we are also adding extra services for those affected by COVID-19. Ecocabs will deliver essential items from local shops, and we are working with local suppliers to deliver other items such as local potatoes.
